Claydon Creative is the operator of claydoncreative.com, an independent UK software studio. This policy describes processing on this marketing website.

MyEcho is a separate product at myecho.claydoncreative.com. This policy does not describe processing within that application. Before sharing information there, check MyEcho for its current product-specific privacy information and terms.

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message so that we can review and respond to your enquiry. We process this information because it is in our legitimate interests to communicate with people who contact us and, where your enquiry concerns a potential agreement, to take steps at your request before entering into it.

The submission is stored in our Supabase-hosted database. A copy is queued and sent to support@claydoncreative.com through Lovable's email service, with your address set as the reply-to address. Associated email delivery logs may include the recipient address, delivery status and message identifiers.

To protect the contact form, the server reads the IP address supplied by our hosting infrastructure and creates a one-way, secret-keyed hash. It also hashes the submitted email address and the submission contents for short-window rate limiting and duplicate detection. The raw IP address is not written to the contact database by this process. These hashes and a submission timestamp are stored in Supabase.

With your consent, we load Google Analytics to measure page views, broad usage and interactions such as selected calls to action and outbound links. Google may receive device and browser information, the pages visited, referrer information and an IP address; Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga. We configure route page views ourselves to avoid duplicate page-view events.

Analytics does not load before you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under cc_analytics_consent. You can reject analytics without losing essential website functionality and can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal prevents further analytics collection on this site and attempts to remove its first-party analytics cookies.

This site currently requests Inter and Space Grotesk stylesheets from Google Fonts because licensed local font files are not included in the project. Your browser therefore connects to Google and may disclose technical request data including your IP address and user agent. The site's logos and images are delivered from the asset hosting locations referenced by the website.

The marketing pages need no advertising cookies. We use local storage only to remember your analytics choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set measurement cookies; if you reject, those analytics cookies are not set by this website. Application components not used by these public pages may support their own essential interface or session storage.

We use Supabase for database and queue infrastructure, Lovable for website hosting/deployment and transactional email, and Google for consent-based analytics and remotely hosted fonts. These providers process information on our behalf or as described in their own notices. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires it, transfers are protected using an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards.

Contact messages, the related protection hashes and transactional email records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain delivery and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention is controlled in our Google Analytics property. We periodically review stored information; you may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, subject to any information we need to keep for legal or security reasons.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data; restriction of or objection to processing; or a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
